Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
Returned items must be intact in their original packaging.
Customers are not responsible for the shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
